When my daughter was very young, I spent a small fortune on her wardrobe. Her boutique-brand dressy outfits were in like-new condition and I was able to recoup as much as I paid for them when I learned the ins-and-outs of selling on eBay. Learning to become a confident eBay seller was challenging and I spent a great deal of time and energy figuring it out. This ebook is a gold mine of information for those who want to take online selling to a professional level.   If you’re interested in cashing out some of the valuables that collect dust around your house, this is definitely a book to consider.  This book is probably best for sellers who have a bit of experience (although it would still be helpful to “newbie” sellers.)

Very rarely do I prefer an ebook to a print book, but in this case the Kindle option is extremely helpful.  In the table of contents, I was able to click on specific issues such as dealing with negative feedback or how to handle an unpaid item claim.  Good Sellers, Bad Buyers is an extensive reference guide to many problems like this.  The author uses personal experience coupled with her knowledge of eBay policies to provide a very useful guide to selling on eBay.   There are a few minor grammatical and spelling errors throughout the book; however, they don’t detract from the book’s usefulness.  One extra feature that would be helpful is if a “go to” link was available at the end of each section.   I would also enjoy seeing a generic list of basic responses to difficult questions and situations.  When I had problems with eBay buyers, the simplest of emails were sometimes  hard to put into words because I got so flustered.  While not every buyer’s question or issue was a scam, it’s important to be aware of the possible consequences of working with shady buyers.  Having a ready-made response ready that could be modified for my needs would be an excellent addition to this book.
