When I received my copy from Litfuse to review, it immediately caught my attention. I read this book in one night, staying up after midnight until the last perfect page was turned. This dystopian novel struck me to the core because I could really see this happening. The entire premise of the novel is very scientific and almost sterile, until Thalli (the main character) discovers someone who tells her about God. It’s like her world opens up after that. Never one to be satisfied with the status quo, Thalli sets about a chain of events that will change her world. It’s really a cool story and I can’t wait to read the next book!

Sounds like a great read, I have not heard of it before but these type of settings give me the creeps…government control just makes me squirm. Thanks for being a part of Apocalypse!
I have always been a huge dystopian/apocalyptic book fan and this book looks wonderful!
The main character likes music! Or… I assume she’ll like music. It just says she’s overwhelmed by her forbidden emotions when she hears it, so… it sounds like a positive emotion to me…
Thalli has only twenty-three seconds to live and has no emotions – now I really want to see how twenty-three seconds makes up an entire novel. I think Thalli sounds fascinating and I am looking forward to the read.
My daughter is an avid reader. Finding books that not only interest her but finding enough books for her to read is a challenge. Anomaly sounds like a book she would not only love to read but would read more than once!
I love this type of book, and the going underground after a nuclear war sounds really interesting!

The whole story being about seconds.. its a curiosity that kills the cat kind of thing.. makes you want to read it. 😉
