Another year and another Christmas doesn’t excuse me from one of my favorite chores of the year. I absolutely LOVE finding the best gifts under the tree. Throughout the year, I try to make notes for each person on my list. When my mom mentions that she’d like to try some new product she sees on tv, I write it down. She’ll never purchase something for herself but it’s my joy to do it for her. Finding gifts that my kids will love is sometimes a bit more challenging. Their tastes change so quickly. TMNT are the current favorite, but will that last until December? My kids also go through a growth spurt around Christmas, often needing new shoes or clothes. I also enjoy shopping sites that have unique products. ModCloth is one of my favorite browsing sites because there’s really something for everyone. From vintage one-of-a-kind items to affordable accessories, I can always find something to put in my online cart. I often find things for myself, too, which is kind of against my rules but honestly these Hound About That Bookends would look great in my classroom! It’s also about time to buy some new oven mitts for my kitchen and these Every Sizzle Day Oven Mitts look great with everything. For my daughter, I found these cute little Glovettes that she’d love to wear with jeans. Although this Monte Bre bag is on the gift for guys list (which is a bit quirky!) I really like it for my mom. Lots of ideas I probably would have never thought of. Kids tho sometimes if you buy to far ahead by Christmas they are into something else new. I try to be on the lookout for what they like or have around their homes for the older people . Most of all I try to give them something different then they usually get.
That Storm Trooper clock is really unique and what a way to wake up. I agree with you on the bag. I think my daughter would like it not my husband. There’s a great sale on it now, too.
