A few months ago, I told you about the IntelliGLASS phone screen protector. My phone is here to tell the tale of surviving a 6 year old cyclone. We’ve had to replace my work-issued iPad screen before, and it was a huge hassle. Even though the $100 fee was reasonably affordable, the new screen didn’t work at first. The screen protector takes (literally) seconds to adhere to your phone. The main thing you want to pay attention to — be sure that you clean the phone’s surface before sticking on the protector. That way, you’ll get a clean view. There may be trapped air when you initially adhere the protector; gently move your thumb or the scraper across the screen, working from the center out. As you use the phone over the next few days, any small bubbles that remain will gradually smooth out. Of course, you’ll still need to be careful not to drop your phone. I’m sure accidents could still be forceful enough to cause the phone to be damaged even with the protector. In my experience, though, it’s definitely offered a level of protection that my phone needed. I love that IntelliARMOR offers a discounted replacement option. IntelliARMOR has a good variety of screen protectors for most popular devices. I wasn’t able to find one for my daughter’s Motorola phone, but the rest of our devices are available there. Her phone has a sliding screen with no home button. I would love to see a cut-to-fit screen protector at IntelliARMOR.
