Nothing says “REGRET” like a set of harshly penciled-in eyebrows. Whether it’s due to a bad salon visit, illness, or genetics, there’s no reason have an obviously drawn-in eyebrow. Girls, lots of things can be taken back, sorries can be said, but eyebrows just don’t rebound like they should. If you’ve been neglecting your eyebrows, or…..if you’ve paid too much attention to them………let Billion Dollar Brows help you out.
When my daughter started to care a little bit about her appearance, makeup, and such, my two words of advice were, “Take care of your eyelashes, and don’t overpluck your eyebrows.” She thought I was crazy until I showed her how sparse, short, and skimpy my eyelashes are. Later, I discreetly pointed out a lady in a store whose eyebrows had been penciled in, for whatever reason. My daughter understood, then, that these small items on one’s face have a value far beyond diamonds and gold. If the eyes are the window to the soul, then eyebrows are the woodwork that makes the windows stand out.
I’ve found that, as I age, my brows look thinner. Why is hair the only part of my body that’s thinning? Anyway, I received two sets from Billion Dollar Brows. The first set has only two ingredients but makes a big difference in the appearance of my eyebrows. The dark cream was supposed to work on dark brows, and it surely did. With just a few gentle brushstrokes, my brow looked fuller and well-maintained. This set was my favorite of the two, mostly because of its simplicity.
The second kit, which is a bestseller, contained a total of four items. This one comes with a concealer and highlighter stick, which nicely offset my brow bone. Next, I applied the pencil and softened the look with the brush. Finally, a bit of brow gel gave it a lasting finish.
If you’re ready to step up your cosmetics game without making a huge fuss, Billion Dollar Brows is the answer. By spending a few seconds tending to that brow hair, you can make a big difference in the overall look of your makeup.
Final steps before you head out to that New Years party – touch up your nails! Many people complimented my SinfulColors polish choice over Christmas. It’s from the Back to School color line, but still looks great for the holidays. Now that we’re preparing for the New Years celebration, it’s time to make sure my tips aren’t showing. Of course there’s not enough time to do a whole new manicure, so if you’re in that big rush like I am — at least touch up the tips! Just a few swipes of this pretty pink shade makes a big difference. Follow SinfulColors on Twitter to see lots of pretty nail ideas.
I love the nail polish! Who cares which season it came out?
Thats a cool set. I have tried many brow products and really haven’t found one that I like. I did like the Anastasia dipbrow but it dried out really fast. Will give this a try. Thanks for the tip
I think the nail polish color is awesome, but I can never get my brows to look right.
I really do not know how to do my eyebrows and they really need work. This is something I really need.
It’s so easy to use. There’s no guessing or figuring out shades. Really a great kit.
I hate doing my eyebrows but it’s a necessity
It makes a big difference, Michelle!
I agree that it is very important to take care of one’s eyebrows since they showcase the eyes. And I love this color nail polish you are wearing.
Thank you, Jo-Ann.
I am so going to do better with my eyebrows this year.
Good resolution, Jodi. It’s one you can keep!
I came from the time of tiny eyebrows so I don’t have much to work with these days lol!! I definitely add some filler for special occasions! And I looove that nail color!!
Thanks, Amber. I love the shade, too!
I remember doing my eyebrows back about 20 years. I have never had a manicure and use polish about once a year.
Sarah, you’re just too beautiful so you don’t need it!
your broows look greeat and then your still young hun
Thank you, Desiree!
i love the nail polish and you look so good
Denise, you made my day. Thanks for the compliments!
I am always looking for a good brow gel because I have heavy eyebrows so need the finishing gel to keep them looking smooth.
Heavy eyebrows are a blessing, Mia!
I love the nail polish! The season the color came out doesn’t matter to me…I’m an engineer working with a bunch of men…
Ha! They probably don’t care then.
Wow, your eyebrows look great in these pics! I really want that kit now! Thanks for sharing these products, I can’t wait to try it out now!
Your brows look nice and natural. I like that it is a softer cream instead of a harsh pencil. You are right hair thins where you don’t want it to and starts growing on your face where you don’t want it.
Love the girly polish too. Flashy and fun.
I like the Sinful Colors nail polish. They have great colors.
That is good advice you gave your daughter. Natural eyebrows are so more apealling.
I would love to try this on my brows too! Yours look great! I really like the nail polish color! Very pretty!
I don’t mind my eyebrows. They keep the sweat off my eyes.
I really like these products. They are so nice.
I could really use something like this. I am definitely guilty of neglecting my eyebrows.
One thing I can say is never over pluck…as you age you will regret it. My older sister did just that and just got tattoo eyebrows because of over plucking. I have kept mine more natural and I still have a thinning issue, but manage with great products like the ones reviewed.
As I’ve aged, my brows, lashes and hair line have started to thin. I’m glad I never succumbed to overpluck my brows (except for the very first time I did so when I was 12 or 13 – YIKES!). But they have thinned considerably and I definitely need products like these!
I love the nail polish. I like trying new colors!
