How is it that my little baby, the preemie who looked like a little China doll, turned 14 years old this year?!  It’s a tough world out there.  High school can be brutal.  Freshman year has already served up some trials.  My beloved girl tells me about things she sees, hears, and faces on a daily basis….it’s enough to make my heart break in two.

Hold your daughter close, mama.
