This post is brought to you by Teespring.  The opinions shared here are 100% mine.

Think of your favorite t-shirt.  What does it look like?  Where did you get it?  No, I’m really serious.  I want you to answer those questions.   I’ll bet that whatever it’s for, that t-shirt is worn like a badge of honor.  It brings back good memories or proclaims something you feel passionate about.  Maybe it’s just really soft and comfortable.  When you pull that shirt out of your dresser, you wear it loud and proud.  Don’t you just want to shake the hand of the person who made that shirt, giving you so many moments of sheer joy just putting it on?  With Teespring you can design your shirt and wear it too — at no risk.  Be creative, maybe even make some money, unite the world.  All with a t-shirt idea.

Let Teespring help you come up with great t-shirts! savingsinseconds.com

PTSA moms, bookmark this site!!!  Coming up with that school shirt plan just got a lot easier.   If you’re sitting around coming up with great t-shirt ideas, use Teespring to share those ideas with the world.  You can even make it a profitable venture.  As a fundraiser idea, it’s simply genius.  By adjusting the amount of shirts to meet your goal, or adjusting the price at which you want to sell the shirts, you can increase your fundraising results.  I checked out some of the campaigns already designed on Teespring and was impressed that most of them exceeded their selling goals; many tripled or quadrupled the goal!

Design the tee, share the link, and people can go online to order their shirts.  Teespring will ship the shirt directly to the buyer.  As the event coordinator, you can also allow buyers to pick up their order directly from you.  So easy!  I watched a couple of videos to learn about the design process.   I thought this one was especially helpful; take a look and see what you think.

I played with the designer site a bit and found it so easy to use.  One feature I liked was that I could choose the brand of shirt I wanted to use.  It does change the cost of the shirt, but then I can determine the quality of the shirt.  Also, I was able to change the style of the shirt to be a women’s relaxed fit or slim fit.   One downfall of buying group t-shirts is that they usually are a boxy style of men’s shirts.  An additional benefit to choosing Teespring is the chance to have long-distance friends and family participate in the shirt wearing with ZERO effort on your part.   Here are some reasons to wear a group t-shirt design:

  • church activities
  • sports teams
  • running club
  • advertise your blog
  • promotional item for business
  • day camp
  • family vacation
  • reunions
  • field trips
  • awareness for a cause or event
  • fundraiser for an adoption or mission trip

Alright, so I’ll ask again.  Does your favorite t-shirt go in any of those groups?  Do you have an upcoming event that will be easier because of Teespring?

Play around with the designer and you will be able to see what kind of profit matches the amount of shirts you want! You can order as many or little shirts as you want, and still make a profit regardless!
