I love the contrast of the velvety red roses with the bright, smooth purple bursts.  I also liked that the arrangement didn’t have baby’s breath.  While I normally like the white with the red, I think its absence makes this an appropriate gift for just about anyone, not just a romantic interest.    As soon as my kids saw this, their eyes lit up—even they knew that this bouquet was something special.   We placed the bouquet on the table so we could inspect every perfect bloom.
