I missed the Tri-cities Tuesday post this week. School started back and I just got too busy to sit down and write!  Hopefully those of you who live in the Tricities will be able to take advantage of this deal because I think it’s a pretty good one.

If you frequently shop at one particular store, or if you hold a discount card for a grocery store, be sure to sign up for store emails.  (Why am I saying “if?”  Of course, you savvy shoppers have every discount card possible!)   Email newsletters often have special offers and promotions.  The emails I most look forward to are those from Ingle’s stores.  We have one about 20 minutes from our house and it’s one of my favorite places to shop. They have a great selection of organic products and a double-coupon policy.  Tonight they sent me an email about a terrific back-to-school promotion only for certain customers.  Take a look at some of the hot deals!  They are good through 9/3/11, too!
**Eggo waffles, $1.50 per box (limit 4)
**1 lb. Cabot butter, $2.45 per box (limit 1)
**Frosted Mini Wheats, $2 per box (limit 4)
