Ways to save with The Entertainment Book

The Entertainment Book makes it easy to stretch your budget.  You can take your Valentine out for dinner or find that perfect gift while saving a bit of green!  We received one to review (opinions shared are mine.)  If you haven’t perused the Entertainment Book before, be sure to head over there and see what it’s all about.  We’ve been buying this book for years and have saved hundreds of dollars!  In recent years, the savings have been online only since we don’t have a local book. Still, if you ever eat at restaurants or spend money on entertainment, this is a must-have.  More than 250,000 locations participate in the offer to save customers thousands of dollars.  All across the United States and Canada, the 2014 edition of the ENTERTAINMENT® book can help YOU save your hard-earned money with hundreds of 50% off and two-for-one discounts.

In the past, we’ve purchased the Entertainment Book for one specific coupon.  After the use of that coupon, it paid for itself!  One year there were 4 coupons for $5 off at our local grocery store.  For several years there were “kids get in free” coupons for the local waterpark.  Considering that the waterpark admission was $10 a person, that was a huge savings for us.  Now that the local savings are online, it’s really easy to check the website before heading out for dinner to find a coupon that will help us save a bit on our meal.  My daughter always wants a pretzel dog at Auntie Anne’s when we go to the mall; Entertainment Book helps me get a free signature pretzel with that purchase!   I just take a moment to type in a keyword then search.  For example, typing in “tires” pulled up a 20% and 10% discount at two local retailers.  Instant savings can’t be beat!

You should also consider grabbing the Entertainment Book when you travel.  For a trip to Hilton Head, we purchased the book and used the coupons several times when we dined out.  We also used it on some of the kids’ activities and saved a bundle.  My husband travels for work sometimes, so he’ll use Entertainment Book for those cities and take advantage of the discounts.   Local, regional, and national brands are represented through the Entertainment Book.  Trying to find things to do?  You can find savings for groceries, shopping, services, movie tickets, travel, car care, local sports attractions and much more.
