The idea that every woman can be her best really inspires me. Watching the women who run miles every day around our town makes me feel guilty and kind of lazy. But you know what? Instead of feeling that way, I can choose to be active in a way that suits me. That could be playing with my kids outside, chasing the dog around the yard, or just going for a walk with my husband. The bracelet is a reminder that every woman can live her best life.  So get out and do it!

    Well considering we still have snow here, and it is cold, I am walking more in the house and when spring comes will resume outdoors, and drink more water.

    I have bought items to help with resistance training, herbal supplements for weight control, and have started to watch everything I eat now.

    spending more time outdoors, and walking more than taking our cars. the park and rec and library are both two very frequented spots for my family and they’re both down the road, so it’s nice to be able to walk there!
