The girls at work love to get away for a yummy lunch every once in a while.  Most of us pack or buy the school lunch (yuck) but every so often, we have what we call “Lady Lunch” at Panera.  I love their salad and soup combo.

If you’re a Panera fan, be sure to sign up for the MyPanera program.  It’s free and you get a little frequent visitor card.   Definitely opt in for the email option, too.  It’s so much fun when I get a little freebie in my app for a pastry item, discount on a meal, or some other tasty treat.

I also love that I can order from Panera and pick it up in just a few minutes.  There is a shelf near the door where they put online orders. They’re clearly marked and come ready with utensils, napkins, and even your cup if you purchased a beverage.  This is a handy to-go option when you want something a step above fast food, but you don’t have time to sit in a restaurant for a meal.

Check your MyPanera account and see if you got anything.  You’ll find your treats under the “My Surprises” tab.
