Since receiving some startling test results a few weeks ago, I’ve been making a real attempt at better health. For one thing, the soda drinking had to stop. I’m also taking steps to give myself some downtime every evening. Things have been crazy at the Savings in Seconds household, but the crisp fall mornings and newfound energy have really helped me to rejuvenate! Living better is already making me feel like a new woman. Here’s my strategy for getting ready each morning. First, I start the morning with a glass of ice water. I drink it while going through my beauty routine. Throughout a busy day at school, it’s hard to find time to get in sips of water while teaching. I’ve found that drinking a full glass of water in the morning helps me to start the day off right. I feel refreshed and hydrated. It also wakes me up! My skin is thankful, too. Hydrated and happy, my skin looks fresh and younger when I get a full intake of water throughout the day. Also, I use products that give me results with little effort. I’m always impressed by the number of coupons available for Suave products. By taking advantage of these savings, I can really stretch my family’s income. It’s so convenient to shop for Suave products while we’re already at Walmart! Although there’s not always a trip to the tropics or a vacation opportunity in our busy lives, the tropical fragrances and clean scents of these products make me feel like I’m getting a mini-getaway. My children like the 2-in-1 bath products because it saves them a step in the shower. I love the body wash because it’s so gently scented yet makes me feel like I’ve splurged on an expensive bath brand.

Water is big. My daughter and I both get in lots. I like mine with lemon. She needs more electrolytes so mixes sports water with regular water. Both help you keep drinking and stay refreshed.
Other than staying hydrated- Making sure I remove my makeup at night is important to letting my pores breathe and stay healthy. I also love indulgent lotions at a great price! We stock up on Suave products whenever we can!

Once you start drinking more water, if you stop drinking it, then you will feel the difference. It really helps stay alert and make you feel better. I stopped drinking soda too, until I had a sip of my now husband’s sweet ice tea thing. Now I can’t kick the habit again. Granted I don’t do it everyday, I would still like not to do it at all!!
I never slack on my skin care routine at night. It is so important to keep my skin clear and well hydrated. I’ll do all it takes to prevent any more aging than necessary :).
Staying hydrated is key for sure. I always feel worse when I am really thirsty. Also eating well is an underestimated beauty tip.

Suave has been around for a long time which should tell you how good the product really is. Yes, I have used it! I try to drink 64 oz of water a day–in the summer-no problem–in the winter–well–I keep trying!
I try really hard to drink enough water but I totally admit that I am not doing as well as I should. I need to work on that more.
Suave is great, I try to pick it up most of the time I go looking for new shampoos. My kids love how great they smell.
My biggest part of my beauty routine is using plenty of lotion. My skin can get really dry very fast if I don’t moisturize. I never skip the lotion.

Suave is such an awesome brand! One of my beauty habits is to rinse my hair in cold water.
I use conditioner to shave while I’m in the shower instead of a separate shaving gel, it’s very moisturizing.
My mom used to buy suave but as an adult I havent made it a goto brand. Maybe I should star
