How neat checked out this Kinivo BTC450 Blue tooth Hands Free car Kit at Amazon and I really like that the microphones are built in and that it can be used to listen to music and iw works with any blue tooth smart phone.
I think that this would be great for when my granddaughters are in the back seat of my care and they can use the Kinivo BTH240 Bluetooth Stereo Headphones and I do not have to hear what they are playing or who they are talking too would help decrease some of the distractions

I happen to have a good friend who LOVES to listen to his music (he’s a freelance audio guy) and he is stuck in his car driving for hours going to and from his gigs and this would make a great gift for him.
