The board book has just one word printed on each page spread.  The vocabulary words are based on the theme of the picture, and they’re different from words you’ll see in most board books. For example, when was the last time you read the words “baptized” or “miracles” in a book for little ones?  The story follows the life of Jesus in pictures.  You’ll be able to discuss each scene with your child, while explaining what the words mean to the story.   The only addition I would have added to the book — a list of scriptures referenced in the back, so that parents can easily find the section in the Bible that was portrayed.  Overall, this board book makes a great addition to your child’s library!
