Made in USA #giveaway hop - enter to win Henry's Humdinger's at savingsinseconds.com

Welcome to the Made in the USA Giveaway Hop! This event is hosted by Happy Mothering, Easy Green Mom and Brittleby’s Corner through the Green
Moms Network! The bloggers in this hop came together to bring you the chance to win prizes that are Made in the USA. After entering my giveaway, be sure to hop around and enter all of the other #USAMade giveaways listed on the linky at the bottom of this post!

When I received the offer to share Henry’s Humdingers with you, I just smiled when I saw the name.  It’s the cutest ever!

Henry's Humdingers will fire up your recipes! savingsinseconds.com

Henry’s Humdingers have that perfect balance of sweet and spicy that adds a delicious nuance to foods.  These little jars need to find a place in your pantry.  I used the Grumpy Grandpa honey blend to add a bit of fire to my turkey sandwich.  I’m trying not to add cheese to everything in my sight and hoped that Henry’s Humdinger’s would replace that need for it.  After putting a few slices of turkey on my roll, I drizzled some of the honey on the meat then topped it with a small slice of avocado.  I was a bit nervous because the honey smelled a bit like a Fireball candy and that scared me; I expected it to be super hot.  Instead, it ended up being mostly sweet with the tiniest bit of heat.  After I finished the sandwich, there was a little tingle on my tongue but otherwise the spicy blend was perfection on a sandwich.  Truthfully?  I didn’t even miss the cheese.

One lucky winner will receive a prize package of these special raw honey treats.  Knowing that they’re made in the USA is a big deal!  The company is family owned and operated.  You can tell that a lot of love went into these jars!  Henry’s Humdingers  are the perfect way to add some zip to your summer barbecues.  They’re not your typical flavors.  I think these will go well with any type of meat, from shrimp to chicken breast.  Try using these on repurposed leftovers to create a whole new dish.  There are lots of ways to spice up a vegetarian meal with these honey blends, too!    Henry’s Humdingers are also gluten-free and fat-free.   The ingredient list is simple and clean for those of you who pay attention to labels.  Be sure to ask for Henry’s Humdingers in your local natural foods store.   Note: Always stir before using by tightly closing the jar and store it upside down as the spices in their blends rise to the top since they are lighter than honey.

Try all four flavors:

  •  “Phoebes Fireball” – a Chipotle Chile/Cinnamon Raw Honey
  • “Naughty Nana” – Spicy Pepper and Ginger Raw Honey
  •  “Diabolic Dad” – Habanero and Lime
  • “Grumpy Grandpa”- Spicy Red Pepper and Garlic blend.

One lucky reader will receive a prize pack from Henry’s Humdingers.  To enter, visit the Rafflecopter form below. The giveaway is open to US readers ages 18+.  Void where prohibited by law.  Good luck!
