My family loves eating at Bonefish Grill. We always feel like we’re being treated to an experience, not just a meal. For one thing, you can write on the tables. We spend most of the pre-meal time playing tic-tac-toe or drawing funny cartoons of each other. Sometimes we just doodle. It’s a fun way to reconnect and laugh together! Secondly, we enjoy the hot bread that comes right to our table. There’s something about hot bread that just settles the soul, don’t you agree? That family togetherness was much needed on our most recent trip to Bonefish Grill. We started school on August 4 and it’s just been a busy month for us. In the middle of August, my husband’s nephew (and his entire family entourage) came down to get him ready for college. It was a looooong, expensive weekend. In the end, we just needed a timeout! Bonefish Grill’s new menu is a great way to unwind with your loved ones.
My husband is a creature of habit, so I knew he would get the Kobe burger just as he always does. However, this time a new salad option tempted his tastebuds. He ordered the Watermelon Salad which was as pretty as could be. Covered in a delicious creamy Feta dressing and sprinkled with all kinds of natural goodness, this was such a refreshing salad. My son ordered the popcorn shrimp (his favorite) and my daughter got the Kobe burger. Now, as for my meal, I had a very difficult time choosing just one entree. Everything sounded wonderful! In the end, the Spring Basil Fettucine won my heart. I added the salmon which took the dish to perfection. It was different from any other pasta dish I’ve had. Artichoke pesto gave the entree a tangy bite while the cream sauce kept everything humble. Oh my, it was good. On my next trip, I think I’ll go for the Ahi Tuna Steak or perhaps the Shrimp Pad Thai!

I’d love to try the Spring Basil Fettucine with the salmon. Very yummy.

Bonefish Grill is my favorite place to eat. I can make a meal out of the Bang Bang Shrimp alone. So delicious!
I haven’t eaten at Bonefish Grill yet but I want to go. I heard that their food is delicious. I would love to try the Bang Bang shrimp.
(Have you tried the new menu at Bonefish Grill? #HelloNewMenu) The closest one of the Bonefish Grill restaurants to us in Madison, Wisconsin, but my one son lives right outside of Madison so we could go and check it out sometime.
The watermelon salad looks interesting. My husband loves the ahi tuna. You should definitely get it next time.
