Fiordifrutta pear spread is prepared with 100% organic, non-GMO pears and sweetened with apple juice. Each jar contains over 3 pounds of fruit. WOW! We used the Fiordifrutta organic pear spread to make a banana sandwich. Simply split a hotdog bun, spread with the Fiordifrutta, and fill with chopped banana. You can doll this up in any way that you wish. Sprinkle cinnamon on top or use a drizzle of honey. The texture of the spread is quite soft, almost like an apple butter, and would be delicious on hot buttered biscuits!
