When my kids play outside, they track in the scents of springtime.  Sometimes after they come back inside, I catch a whiff of some natural scents that aren’t altogether pleasant.  The same goes for my classroom; teaching sixth graders after gym class requires a bit of a strong stomach at times.   I’ve long stored a can of Febreze in my cabinet for such a time as this; it’s always a welcome breath of fresh air when I can spritz some Brazilian paradise scent in my classroom. This year, I was excited to try some great new choices from the #FebrezeSpring collection (available at Walmart).

I plugged the NOTICEables in my kids’ bathroom outlet.  Within just a few minutes, there was a fresh scent throughout the back part of my house.  The scent isn’t overpowering at all; it’s just enough to take care of bathroom odors without being suffocating.  This is a dual-scented product which is helpful so that I don’t become desensitized to the fragrance.  I took the Set and Refresh to my classroom and set it inside the door.  There are light spring notes to this fragrance that really provide a welcoming environment as soon as someone walks in the door.  Believe me, with the 20+ prepubescent bodies in the room, we can use all the help we can get.  I like how easy it is to refill this product.  I can just pop in a new scent packet every month or so. There are no plugs to mess with (or worry about, with the fire marshall!) and the oils don’t leak anywhere around my classroom.  The final product I tried was the Car Vent Clip.  Now, this might be my favorite Febreze product.  My friend Laura had one in her car last year and it immediately impressed me. The scent disperses so evenly throughout the car when the vent is turned on.  I also like the sleek design.  So I was very excited to try one in my car!!  You’ve heard about the deep abyss of my van, where anything can become lost.  At least with the Car Vent Clip, I won’t have to worry about the lost things starting to smell.

Now that Febreze Spring Scents are out and about in my small world, I don’t have to worry about the unsavory scents that need to be hidden!

I love products like these that help freshen your home. I want my home to smell nice but don’t alwaysw ant to have a candle burning or can’t in all rooms. This gives you other options to bring in pleasant smells.
