One thing my husband and son both dream about doing is farming. They love working with their hands, digging in the soil and making things grow. My husband often looks online for “real” tractors and farm equipment, even though we own 1/3 acre! Even mowing the grass becomes an adventure for my boys. That’s why Farming Simulator is such a great game. The guys can pretend to be real farmers, yet there’s no waking up at 5 AM to feed the cows. They can harvest the grain, but I have no extra laundry to wash.
Farming Simulator 15, which was released in May 2015, even offers new activities! There’s a new Nordic environment (in addition to the traditional American farm) and also a woodcutting activity option. Gamers can still do the favorites on the game, such as selling fresh product and breeding animals. The farm equipment on the game is varied and diverse. The game is simple enough for young gamers, and I love that it’s rated E for everyone. That means I can allow my 6 year old son to play it with no worries about the content. However, the more advanced features are perfect for the adult gamers in the house, too. Farming Simulator 15 is available on many different platforms including PS3, PS4, XBox One, and XBox 360.
