Maleficent is at it again! savingsinseconds.com

On our last trip to Disney, my kids discovered the very cool Sorcerers of the Magic Kingdom card game.  Have you heard of this?  It’s totally free to play and actually quite entertaining.  To participate, head to Firehouse on Main Street, U.S.A. or behind the Ye Olde Christmas Shoppe in Liberty Square and get your card pack.  We visited Magic Kingdom several days in a row and were able to get a new card pack each time, which helped my kids to build their collection.    With your card pack you’ll get a map to help you fulfill your quest.  By standing on/near certain hotspots, you can trigger the portals through which you can challenge Hades.  Use your spell cards to block the evil Hades from occupying the Magic Kingdom.   This is a really great diversion from the long lines!

I was surprised at the number of portals that were hidden inside the most unlikely of locations.  As you can see from the photo above, Maleficent is still stirring up trouble!    My daughter wanted a special pack to carry her cards so we picked up a cute bag at the gift shop inside Space Mountain.  We’re looking forward to our next Disney trip so we can play this fun game again.
