The Budget Kit #giveaway

Is 2016 shaping up to be your financial bang or bust?  The family budget can be a tough ship to sail.  In particular, spring seems to be a pricey time of year for many families. Between all the graduations and weddings, baby showers and birthdays, you may find yourself stretching those dollars a little more.  Tuck in summer vacation planning, and it’s likely that you’ll hear those pennies start to squeak.  No matter the income level, or a lack of budget prowess, The Budget Kit can be a great resource for any household. This workbook-style toolkit is easy to use, and simple to understand.

Some of the budget strategies provided are common sense for those already familiar to budgeting.  If you struggle with discipline, the worksheets are especially helpful.  You may feel a bit like Santa Claus while making lists and checking them twice.  If you can devote a little time each week (or even by month) to record spending habits, it is sure to make a difference in the bottom line.   There are specific sections that cover topics such as planning for a variable income, and how to get out of debt.  This one-size-fits-all method is surprisingly versatile and can be adapted for nearly any household’s needs.  In particular, my personal goal is to be a better saver.  I want to beef up our family’s savings and keep the money there.  The Budget Kit will help me to stick with that plan.

What’s your biggest financial goal of 2016?  One lucky reader will win a copy of The Budget Kit, plus $5 Paypal cash to get that savings started!  The giveaway is open to US readers, ages 18+. Void where prohibited by law. Good luck!
