Since I had gestational diabetes, my body is already gunning against me in terms of blood sugar.   It’s become really important — necessary, actually — to pay more attention to the sugar, carbs, and other processed foods in my diet.  Spaghetti is one of those foods I didn’t think I could live without.  However, it doesn’t look like I can really live with it on a regular basis, either!  I’m so excited about the new spiral slicers that make it possible to eat delicious veggie “pasta” noodles in place of the traditional spaghetti.  The Brieftons spiral slicer can be used with many raw veggies to create delicious and colorful recipes.  Is it the same as eating spaghetti?  No.  But with a little practice, I might just like it even better!  I know my body certainly does.

Do you want to have a Brieftons spiral slicer?  Enter on the form below for a chance to win!  The giveaway is open to US readers ages 18+. Void where prohibited by law.  Good luck!

I am gluten intolerant and do not eat any type of pasta but using the Brieftons Spiral Slicer I would substitute the vegetables–I just don’t want hunks and chunks of vegetables in my sauce.
