Little Pim videos are great for language development -- savingsinseconds.com

When my niece was a baby, I accompanied my sister to the pediatrician’s office and saw an interesting sign on the doctor’s office wall.  In big bold letters, it made a proclamation to parents — DO NOT show your child videos or TV until after 2 years of age.  In parentheses, it boldly stated “Even Baby Einstein”.   As a first time mom, that sign made me terrified that my daughter would somehow leak brain cells if she so much as turned toward the TV on the way to her room.  As I became more comfortable in my parenting, however, I realized that my choices were my own.  We were given a set of baby DVDs and (shock!!) yes, we let our daughter watch them.  Truthfully, I believe that they helped her to gain an appreciation for the English language at a very early age.  She learned sight words and many other concepts while we enjoyed DVDs together.   Even today, language is her strongest academic area.

That’s why I chose to give away a set of Little Pim DVDs for this giveaway.  Even if you choose to wait until baby is at least 2 years old (ha!) this DVD is sure to be a favorite. You could take it with you in the van or pop it in at the hotel.  The giveaway is open to US readers ages 18+. Void where prohibited by law. Good luck!
